How and why did you get started in business?
Pet After Life Services NW was created from a desire to provide families with compassionate, respectful after-life care for their beloved pets and equine companions. Our mission has always been simple: not just to get something done, but to make certain we get it right.
From the gentle and respectful way we recover a client’s loved one using our custom sled and winch system, to listening carefully to each family’s wishes, every part of our process is designed to honor the bond between people and their animals with dignity and care.
What is your history with horses?
At Pet After Life Services NW, we understand the deep connection horse owners share with their companions. Our experience working with equine families has led us to develop respectful equine removal, cremation, and memorial services specifically designed to meet the unique needs of horse owners during difficult times. We are equipped to assist with both stall and pasture recoveries and strive to handle every situation with professionalism, compassion, and respect.

While our greatest recognition comes from the trust families place in us during one of life’s most difficult moments, Pet After Life Services NW has become known for our compassionate care, respectful recovery methods, and the personalized memorial products we create for our clients.

We utilize a custom sled and winch system designed to minimize handling and provide the most respectful loading process possible. Our customized trailer is equipped with an onboard scale to ensure accurate weights when needed.
In addition to our cremation services, we personally create keepsake photo urns and full-sized equine photo urns on site for our clients. Each memorial can include the loved one’s name, nickname, important dates, and a personal sentiment chosen by the family. Our products are custom created on site for clients of Pet After Life Services NW.
Our goal is to ensure a client’s final moments with their companion are handled with the utmost respect, care, and professionalism.
