Queen Competition is Under Way!
WSQHA is pleased to announce that the 2012-2013 Washington State Quarter Horse Queen competition is under way, the first runner-up will be crowned Princess. Serving as an Ambassador to the WSQHA, our Queen and Princess will promote community awareness of the American Quarter Horse Breed, encourage membership and participation in the WSQHA, provide interaction and support with various affiliated groups, and extend a beneficial service to our WSQHA supported charities. Among various prizes and honors, our Queen received a $500.00 scholarship and our Princess will receive a $100.00 scholarship. We invite and encourage all horse-loving individuals throughout the state, ages 14-19, to apply for this prestigious opportunity for personal growth and horse-related community outreach.
