WA State Horse Park Has Exciting Lineup of Events
Here comes another season of memorable and high-quality events at the Washington State Horse Park. We’ve added a few new events to the schedule this year, and we can’t wait for you to attend!
June 30 to July 1 the park will have its first Cowboy Dressage show. Cowboy Dressage combines traditional western and classical horsemanship.
July 21 and 22 we host Mustang Madness. Youth and adults who have spent 100 days gentling wild mustangs will bring them to compete at the horse park. An exciting adoption of these majestic animals will conclude the weekend.
August 1 through 5 is Reining in the Park, sponsored by the Reining Horse Association of the Northwest.
We’ll continue to hold classics like The Equestrian Institute’s Horse Trials May 25 to 27, Cascade Horse Shows hunter-jumper events, the Cle Elum Round Up Rodeo, and the NW Reined Cow Horse show. Plus, the park will see the return of the famed Craig Cameron, who will give another three-day horsemanship clinic, and Hops ‘n’ Brats will once again have their fun ride, combining trail riding and great food.
Not only does the park have a great lineup of events, you can also trail ride year-round. Meander through the tall pines and wildflowers in the heart of the Cascades. Check out our full calendar at wahorsepark.org/events.
