“Ladies and Guns” Event Welcomes the 2015 Show Season
Ladies day out at the Tulalip Cabelas! Several of the ladies from Western Washington Mounted Shooters, hosted an information table at the Tulalip Cabelas to promote “Women and Guns.” The women brought guns, holsters and certified blank ammunition, all designed specifically for the sport of mounted shooting. They also brought chinks, saddles, bridles and ear plugs for both people and horses— everything needed to get started in the sport. Club members set up a display showing how mounted shooting patterns are run, including diagrams, pictures and videos.
The Pacific Northwest 2015 shooting season is just beginning with the first shoot in Albany, Oregon at the end of January. Washington and Idaho will be publishing their shooting season soon.
