Fall Fun for Everyone
More than 20 riders went “all-in” at the ABHA’s second annual poker ride in the Eagle Foothills (Idaho) on Oct. 15. The 5-mile ride turned out to be perfect thanks to a cool breeze and a sunny fall day, as riders got a scenic glimpse of the Treasure Valley and Boise. They also got the chance to build a five-card poker hand with prizes for the top two hands for both the men and women. Congratulations to Terri Franich and Donna Kelleher who took home the prizes for the ladies and to Russ Magoffin and Marco Vranish for turning in the two best hands for the men. After the ride, everyone enjoyed a buffet style lunch and a special side raffle which was won by Bessie Fletcher. Thanks to Lorin and Katie Price for all their hard work putting together this year’s poker ride; a great fundraiser for the ABHA and a fun day that allowed everyone to saddle up their Blazers and ride.
